We are offering an appointment only booking system to ensure the safety of our customers and our staff.
It is our goal that every single one of you feel comfortable in our clinic.As such, we are kindly asking that you:

Attend your appointment on your own

Wait in your car or outside in the fresh air if you are early for your appointment. We appreciate your prompt arrival, if you are late we may have to reschedule

A sanitiser station will be located at the entry point of the salon so we kindly ask that you sanitise your hands upon arrival.

Keep a space of 2 meters between you and any other member of the public in the salon

Check in using the NHS track and trace app upon arrival
We are also asking customers to reschedule your appointment if:

You have experienced any cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days

Have been in contact with anyone with cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days
So that our clinic is as safe as possible, you will have a slightly different salon experience than before:

Apart from water, food and beverage service has been suspended.

Appointments are spaced out to reduce the number of people present and to allow extra time for cleaning / sanitisation

Sanitising of personal spaces and hand washing will take place in between clients. As well as more frequent cleaning of high touch common area surfaces.
IMPORTANT TREATMENT SAFETY REMINDER
For any clients attending the clinic
New guidance has been released from ACE about the COVID 19 vaccination and how it may affect injectable treatments.You will therefore be asked if you have had or are planning to have the COVID-19 vaccine.Please Note
We are unable to perform any soft tissue dermal filler treatments two weeks before or three weeks after your vaccine
Botulinum Toxin treatments will not be carried out 1 week post COVID-19 vaccine
For any treatments that require a patch test we will need our clients to attend the clinic and have a new, up to date patch test a minimum of 48 hours prior
